Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us
If you complete the fit call form on this site, we collect your name, work email address, agency name and website, agency size, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you browse this site
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and referring source. Analytics cookies are only set where you have consented.
When we run outbound campaigns
On behalf of clients we process business contact details — name, job title, employer and work email address — sourced from publicly available and licensed business data. We do not process special category data, and we do not run outbound campaigns to individuals in a personal capacity.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- Responding to your enquiry — legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- Delivering services to clients — performance of a contract.
- Analytics — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- B2B outbound email — legitimate interests, with a balancing test on file and an unsubscribe link in every message.
Who we share it with
We use third-party processors to run the business: REPLACE — list your email sending platform, CRM, analytics provider and hosting provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for 6 years after the end of the engagement to meet accounting requirements. Outbound prospect records are deleted on request or after 12 months of no engagement, whichever comes first.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers in REPLACE — the UK / EEA. Where a processor transfers data outside the UK, that transfer relies on adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our processing — including at any time to direct marketing. Email raed@lead-reach.com and we will respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets strictly necessary cookies to function, and Google Analytics cookies only where you have consented. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without the analytics ones.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our processing changes, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
